Christmas message from the Police and Crime Commissioner |
||
As we reach the end of another year, I would like to extend my warmest Christmas greetings to everyone across Warwickshire. This season is an opportunity to pause and reflect on what our communities have achieved together. I am continually impressed by the dedication of local volunteers, charities, community groups and public services who work tirelessly to support others. Their commitment helps keep Warwickshire safe, connected and resilient throughout the year. I also want to recognise the professionalism of all those working in policing and community safety, many of whom will be on duty during the festive period. Their service ensures that residents can celebrate safely, and I am grateful for everything they do on our behalf. The coming year will bring new opportunities to strengthen community engagement, enhance support for victims, and continue improving the services residents rely on. My office remains focused on listening to local voices, holding the Chief Constable to account, and commissioning high quality services that meet the needs of our diverse communities. I hope this Christmas brings you time to rest, reflect and enjoy the company of family, friends and neighbours. Thank you for your continued support and for the role you play in making Warwickshire a welcoming and safe county. I wish you a peaceful Christmas and a positive start to the New Year.
